A Touch of Spring?

Hard to believe that a week ago this scene was covered with a foot of snow and we were having zero degree weather. A week of intermittent warm rains did the job. Not only a lot of green and a beautiful hark scanning the fields for vulnerable furry critters, but we heard chorus frogs chirping from under the shrubs near our school building. Several different kinds of spiders were also seen coming out of temporary dormancy to enjoy the spring-like weather, hoping some of the species they eat were doing the same.
